Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nihmbus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Nihmbus for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Service Description
Nihmbus provides a unified platform for accessing and managing AI services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Acceptable Use and Objectionable Content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not use Nihmbus — including chat messages, comments, documents, notes, and anything your AI agents produce on your behalf — to post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or threatening, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Report it. Use Report in the ⋯ menu on any message, comment, document or note written by someone else. What you report is hidden from you at once.
- Block people. Use Block in the same menu. Neither of you then sees the other's messages or comments. Manage the list under Settings › Account › Blocked people.
- We act within 24 hours. Workspace admins and the Nihmbus team review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and suspend or remove the accounts that posted it.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nihmbus or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
