relationship management

contacts, channels, and timelines.

every contact has channels (how to reach them), notes (context for the agent), and a timeline (every interaction, chronologically). the agent draws on all three when drafting outreach.

01

relationship layer

contacts are the people you work with — influencers, partners, candidates, leads. distinct from subjects (what you promote), contacts are who you build relationships with.

02

multi-channel outreach

reach contacts through the DM router — email, twitter DMs, linkedin messages, SMS. the agent picks the right channel based on the contact's preferences and response history.

03

interaction timeline

every conversation, engagement, and touchpoint on a single timeline per contact. see the full relationship history at a glance.

04

convert & link

convert a promising contact into a team member. link a contact to a subject when someone you work with also becomes someone you promote.

05

contact channels

store email, social handles, phone numbers, and custom identifiers. the agent uses these to find and engage contacts across platforms.

06

notes & context

add notes to contacts the agent can reference. meeting summaries, partnership terms, content preferences — all grounded in the knowledge base.

questions about the CRM

what's the difference between a contact and a subject?

a subject is what you promote (a person, product, or brand). a contact is who you work with (an influencer, partner, or lead). the agent uses subjects for content generation and contacts for relationship management. a contact can be linked to a subject when roles overlap.

can the agent send outreach automatically?

yes. the agent uses contacts_send_outreach to message contacts through the DM router. in supervised mode, outreach is filed as a decision for your approval. in autonomous mode, the agent sends directly.

how does the DM router choose which channel to use?

the agent evaluates the contact's available channels, past response rates, and platform preferences. you can also specify a preferred channel per contact or let the agent optimize.
